Our Services
Healthfield House is a CQC-registered supported living service located in South Croydon. We offer a safe, environment for adults with mental health needs and substance misuse issues.
- 11 en-suite bedrooms with shared facilities (wheelchair accessible rooms available on the ground floor).
- 24-hour staff support to assist with daily activities and promote independence.
- Services include personal care, medication administration, community integration, confidence building, financial guidance, healthcare support, and employment pathways.
Referrals
We accept referrals from local authorities, housing departments, NHS trusts, and health/social care professionals. Some referrals may also come from individuals receiving direct payments or personal budgets.
If you think that you or someone you know would benefit from our support, contact your local housing department, social care and or NHS service who will be able to provide information and advice on how you can apply for support as well as your eligibility.
Our referral process includes a comprehensive assessment to ensure we are the right fit for the individual’s needs, empowering them to have choice and control over their care.
