Our Bromley service, located on the high street, is a newly refurbished, person-centred facility offering accommodation and support for adults with mental health diagnoses, substance misuse issues, and learning disabilities.
- 8 fully equipped en-suite rooms with communal areas and kitchens.
- 24-hour support staff offering personalized, holistic care.
- Services include community connection, confidence building, healthcare support, financial guidance, and assistance with employment and educational goals.
We accept referrals from across London and welcome inquiries for viewings or further information.
Referrals
We accept referrals from local authorities, housing departments, NHS trusts, and health/social care professionals. Some referrals may also come from individuals receiving direct payments or personal budgets.
If you think that you or someone you know would benefit from our support, contact your local housing department, social care and or NHS service who will be able to provide information and advice on how you can apply for support as well as your eligibility.
Our referral process includes a comprehensive assessment to ensure we are the right fit for the individual’s needs, empowering them to have choice and control over their care.
